CER / Renewable Energy Target
PV and battery eligibility
Check the scheme pathway before including incentives in a proposal.
Check CER eligibilityResources
Three short paths: specify the system, verify the rules and prepare the brief.
01 / Technical
Use the proposed SOLNEX product reference consistently. A coordinated technical pack starts here; open the checklist when you are ready for the detail.
Identify the building element, vision requirements, orientation, shading and intended glass assembly.
Request the proposed SOLNEX product reference, glass make-up, dimensions, weight, finish, optical and thermal data, and electrical characteristics with test conditions. Keep the product reference consistent across the proposal and technical records.
Review the selected product and assembly against applicable building and electrical requirements. Record documents, their scope, issuer and revision; match them to the proposed model and assembly. A product report is not approval of the complete building design.
Identify connections, cable routes, inverter space, replacement method and warranty responsibilities. Confirm actual product and sample availability before specification.

Start with the site, available information and a defined decision. These checklists help the owner, building team and appointed specialists agree what to assess.
Identify base-building and tenant meters, loads, ownership and who receives the energy benefit.
Gather available interval data, tariffs, operating hours and planned changes to plant or occupancy.
Record roof condition, plant and access zones, structure, shading, switchboards and connection requirements.
Compare scoped options with explicit assumptions. Record missing data, approvals and the next study required.
Separate roof areas, carparks, entrance structures and possible glazing works. Identify pedestrian and vehicle requirements.
Establish common versus tenant supply, interval loads, tariffs and where proposed generation or storage would connect.
Agree access, temporary works, construction staging, security and outage constraints with site management.
Use common assumptions for alternatives. Include structure, electrical upgrades, operating disruption, service access and lifecycle costs.
Define the outcome, approve the scope and appoint the responsible design and delivery parties.
Resolve the building assembly, support, weathering, applicable glass performance and replacement access.
Resolve the electrical design, connection, protection, access, testing and handover for the agreed scope.
Provide traceable product information and agreed supply support. Assign responsibility for interface coordination explicitly; confirm which responsibilities sit with SOLNEX, the supplier and appointed consultants.
